P34: ModernHiGAIN
Modern high-gain amps have in common that they all tend to
distort the original sound from its core, instead of "adding" overtones to it.
At default setting, the result of this patch would be a Soldano type sound with
its powerful middle and treble. However, when the heavy-lows are boosted with
the EQ1 GAIN (Knob 3), the sound pressure can become very similar to that of Peavey
5150's. Another attraction of this patch is that you can also adjust the amount
of "crunch" by using your guitar's volume knob.
