P54: TapeEcho
An analogue tape echo produces slight pitch fluctuations resulting from the unevenness of its reel rotation. This is actually one of its charms, for the resulting sound is given a quality of thickness in its resonance that makes it a touch different from digital delays. You will clearly be able to tell the difference when clean-toned long chords and arpeggios are played with this patch. The delay time - ranging extraordinarily from 0 to 2725ms - will be displayed in digital numbers, making the setting process easy.
